DSG Custom Glass offers permanent digital printing directly on glass using ceramic frit ink. When the glass is tempered, the ceramic particles in the ink fuse with its surface, becoming permanent. This isn’t dried ink…it’s colored glass and it will never peel or fade. There is no requirement for any film or for laminating, though the glass can be laminated if required.

The glass can be used indoors or outdoors and can be cleaned like any other piece of glass. The images can be translucent or opaque, color or black and white. Our technology is perfect for custom glass decorating for commercial or residential applications and the printed glass can also be used in insulated glass units.

Given a digital file in a popular format like EPS, PDF, JPEG, Tiff, PS, AI or BMP we can print with real resolution of 454 dpi. From signs to windows and partitions, from backsplashes to shower doors and tabletops, we bring your design ideas to life. Permanently.
