C. Copying Information From the Site.

Information on the GANA website may not be copied or used on another site, including on a member company’s site. In order to establish a link to the GANA website, a request to GANA must be made to provide that link. The specific requirements necessary to secure a link to the GANA website are set forth below.

Linking to the site: GANA members may, without further permission, provide a link on their company websites to the GANA homepage. The link to the homepage serves only to announce they are GANA members. Upon termination of membership, the former member company must immediately discontinue use of the homepage link to the GANA website.

The GANA website posts links to member companies’ websites in a designated location on the GANA site. This link may not be used as a basis to hold GANA responsible for any misinformation, incorrect statements, or illegal activities taking place on any of these linked member sites.

Additional Requests: With respect to other requests concerning the GANA website, the GANA Executive Vice President will determine whether to present those requests to the GANA Board of Directors for action.

GANA reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or temporarily suspend any GANA member’s access to the members-only section of the GANA website in the event the member violates any term, condition, or notice contained in this Notices And Conditions Of Use.
